This new build home is for an active older couple moving to Georgetown, Texas for their retirement. The couple wants a high quality, luxurious energy efficient home where they can entertain friends and family with large parties or intimate dinners. The home will have a large living, dining, and kitchen combination with a distinctive connection between the back patio and interior of the home for indoor/ outdoor entertainment. The master suite has a shower that can continue to be used as the couple ages, and the guest room has an adjoining bathroom. There is a private office for, and a stained glass making studio in the garage.

This optimal layout for open living/ dining/ kitchen combination, a custom corner fireplace adds an old world Texan character to the space. There are bi-fold doors with large windows bring natural light into space. Additional picture windows show views of the nature reserve to the dining space. This layout offers the ability for small or large-scale entertainment opportunities. The master suite has plenty of room for sleeping and reading, and it has an en-suite with a walk in shower with a murphy bench. The guest bedroom is just beside the main bathroom, which has a jetted tub. The office is located in a quiet space between the kitchen and main bath with a window for natural light. The garage workspace has a hand crafted worktable and storage shelves.
